The essentials
- Every Thursday. Doors 19:30, show 19:50 to about 22:00, a 15-minute break in the middle. Home in time for the last tram.
- ROBIN’s, Zähringerstrasse 33, 8001 Zürich. Two minutes from Central, five from the main station.
- Tickets on Eventfrog. The Get Tickets button above takes you there. Buy in advance; door sales slow everyone down.
- In English. Every set, every week. No Swiss German needed.
- About ten comedians a night. Pros testing new jokes and first-timers getting their first five minutes.
What’s a comedy open mic?
A comedy show where experienced comedians try new jokes and new comedians try comedy for the first time. Usually at least ten comedians perform on the night, so there is a mix of the best local talent trying new material and new-comers getting their first taste.
