On this website

We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta pixel to see which pages and shows people look at and which ticket links get clicked. These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and send page views and clicks to Google, Microsoft and Meta, who process them under their own privacy policies. We see aggregate reports, not your name.

Ticket links on this site pass through a short redirect on our own domain so we can count clicks per show and per campaign. The click, the show and the campaign tags in the link are recorded; nothing else.

To opt out: block third-party cookies or use a content blocker, use Google’s Analytics opt-out, or adjust your Meta ad preferences. Opening any page here with ?notrack=1 added to the address also switches our analytics off in that browser.

Tickets

Tickets are sold by Eventfrog (privacy policy). When you buy, Eventfrog gives us your name, email address, postcode and the show you booked so we can run the door and, if you opted in, email you about future shows. We keep this list to know who has been before; we do not sell or pass it to other promoters.

Newsletter

The show-alert emails run on Mailchimp. You get them only after subscribing (double opt-in) or ticking the box when buying a ticket. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and replying to any email or writing to the address above removes you too. Mailchimp records opens and clicks per email.

Ads on Facebook and Instagram

We advertise our shows on Facebook and Instagram. To show them to people who already know us, we may upload the email addresses of newsletter subscribers to Meta as a hashed customer list, which Meta matches against its accounts and then deletes. If you would rather not be included, reply to any email or write to the address above and we take you off the list before the next upload.

Photos and video at shows

Shows are filmed and photographed for clips on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. The camera is on the stage; audience members can appear in the background. If you are in a clip and want it taken down, write to us with the link.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act (and the GDPR where it applies) you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. Email the address above; we answer within 30 days. Data lives with the providers named here (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Eventfrog, Mailchimp, Grist for our own records) on their servers in Switzerland, the EU or the United States.
